Disabled Access
There are disabled parking bays at both sides of the building and a drop of point at the front of the building. Our side and front access doors are automatic and there is wheel chair access at all entrances. All doors including the consulting rooms are suitable for wheelchairs. By the side entrance there are two wheelchairs that can be used by patients who are unable to walk from the car park to the waiting room.

There are disabled toilets in the main foyer next to the public telephone and in the small foyer leading to the waiting room. There are lifts if you require access to the first floor.

We have a portable hearing loop which can be taken into consultation rooms and there is a hearing loop in the reception waiting area and we have a member of staff who is proficient in sign language if needed.

Parking
There is a dropping off point at the front entrance but please do not wait or park in this area, as it obstructs the buses and ambulances that come on site.

There is ample parking to both sides and behind the building. If you park to the right of the building and need to return to the front entrance to pick someone up, you will need to follow the driveway all the way round the back of the building.

There are disabled parking spaces on both sides of the building next to the side entrances.
