By far the easiest and safest is to email the dispensary team by clicking the link above. This will open your chosen email program such as Microsoft Outlook. The email address is dispensary@gp-k84033.nhs.uk. Please then enter your name, contact number, the details of the medications you require and which chemist to send them to.

You can also logon to the screen below and request your medications via the online appointment system which will show you the medications you last had. You then simply click on the ones you need and press send!

Alternatives include handing in the white side of your last script with the medications you need highlighted. This can be then dropped into the practice prescription box. The box is on the left hand side as you come in. If you have lost this part of your script you can write down your request clearly with your name, date of birth, address and where you would like the prescription sent to.

You can also request scripts through your usual pharmacist who will then get in touch with us. Details of the local pharmacies can be found here.

If your request is urgent please tell us. We do have a phone number for dispensary with an answer phone if your call can not be taken. If you do use this method try only to use it when absolutely necessary as it is not the safest way to get your medications. If you do have to use it the number is 01235 774 510. When leaving your details clearly state your name, address, telephone number, the medications needed (we understand some drugs are hard to pronounce and if that is the case please spell them out) and where you would like to pick them up from.
