About us…
Church Street Patient Participation Group (PPG) was formed in 1996 to increase the flow of information, views and concerns between the practice staff and patients and to ensure that the “patient voice” was heard. .All members of the practice are automatically members. We have a committee of 10 and also a virtual group which you can sign up to receive occasional e-mails about the practice. link
The PPG wants to be as representative of the practice population as possible and is seeking people willing and able to serve on the committee. Do you think you can help? If you’re interested, e-mail churchstreetppg@gmail.com, complete the ‘Contact Us’ form, or attend the AGM held in the autumn.
PPG activities – we do all sorts from promoting health to passing on information from the practice and CCG and have a walking group and a diabetes group A brief history of things the group has been involved with over the last 30 years can be found here.
