When you register with our practice we will ask you to fill in a health questionnaire. You may then be asked to make an appointment with one of our health care assistants who can take your blood pressure, height and weight. If you have a complex medical history or require continuing repeat prescriptions it may be advisable to see one of our doctors so we can start to get to know you. The notes from your previous practice are requested at your registration but they can take up to a few months to be transferred.
