The Surgery is responsible for all calls from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday and if you need a doctor urgently you should ring 01235 770245 or 01235 774513. We will only deal with urgent calls between 8:00 and 8:30 am, so please do not ring for routine appointments etc. until after 8:30.

In an emergency you may need to ring 999 for an ambulance. If you phone the surgery first our receptionists are trained to identify true emergencies and therefore may get you to ring 999 rather than arrange a doctor to speak to you. If reception are unsure what to do they will put you through to the Duty Doctor to discuss things further.

At the surgery if we have to deal with an Emergency within or outside the practice we have the equipment to manage things until an ambulance arrives.
